Geozones are virtual boundaries you can draw around locations in your ClearPathGPS account. Once set up, they unlock several useful features across maps, reports, and alerts.
Location-based reporting
Run reports by location rather than by vehicle or group — useful for tracking time spent at a site for billing or payroll, or quickly reviewing arrival and departure times.
Cleaner map and report labels
Geozones replace street addresses with recognizable names. Instead of 1234 West Main Street, you'll see Main Yard.
More precise alerts
Refine alert conditions by location. For example, an After Hours alert can be scoped to trigger only when a vehicle is outside a designated zone — such as "After Hours but not in Main Yard."

Geozone tags
Group related zones with tags and run reports across all zones sharing a tag — such as Fuel Station, Bill to City, or Home Depot.
Once created, Geozones can be toggled on and off directly from the map view.
