The Idle Summary Report shows total idle time per vehicle or group over a specified period. An idle event is recorded when a vehicle's engine has been running for 6 minutes without a moving event being detected.
To generate the report:
Go to Reports → Fleet Activity Reports.
Select Idle.
Choose By Vehicle or By Group.
Under the Type dropdown, select Summary.
Click Run Report.
On the left side, select your desired date range and group. The default selection is All Vehicles.
Click Get Report.
This report will list the following data:
