| Can the XT25 be installed using a hardwired installation method? | Yes, through the use of the XT25 OBDII to Hardwired Harness, a user can wire ignition, constant, and ground as they would any other hardwire install. The device will then revert to direct ignition power and/or motion to report movement/trips data. Refer to the XT25 Conventional Hardwire installation guide for instructions. |

| Why is my device making noise when I start my vehicle? | If your XT25 starts beeping after the ignition is turned on it is likely reminding the driver to scan their Driver ID fob on the reader. This ensures the driver is correctly assigned to the vehicle for the trip. |
