Idle Summary Report

To generate this report of total time spent Idling for a select group of vehicles for a select period:

  • Navigate to Reports-> Fleet Activity Reports
  • Select 'Idle'
  • Select By Vehicle or By Group
  • Select 'Summary' under the 'Type' drop-down
  • Click Run Report
  • Select the date range and group you would like to run the report on on the left side. (All Vehicles is the default selection)
  • Click 'Get Report'

This report will list the following data:

Definition:

  • Idle: If the engine of a vehicle has been running for 6 minutes without a Moving event, an Idle event is reported.
