Change who receives email or text notifications and reports
There are two ways to receive automated information from ClearPathGPS:
- Periodic reports such as daily speeding reports, or weekly maintenance reports, etc.
- Live alerts that are sent whenever an event occurs (Pro accounts only)
- Navigate to Administration->Report Job Admin.
- Select the Report Job you wish to modify. For Example, a weekly maintenance report:
- Click 'Edit'
- Modify the email addresses under Report Recipients as needed. Be sure to keep a comma and space between each address. Example:
- Click 'Change' to save your changes
- Navigate to Administration -> Rule Admin
- Select the Alert you wish to modify. For example Power Disconnect
- Click 'Edit'
- Modify the emails or telephone numbers under Notification Email as needed. Be sure to keep a comma and space between entries. The format for telephone numbers is 'sms:1' followed by the phone number with no spaces:
- Click 'Change' to save your changes
