Geozone Reports

Geozone Reports can be found in the "Reports" section under the "Geozone Reports" Header.

Choose to run the report for one vehicle or a group of vehicles

 

Select the vehicle you want to run the report for

 

Choose if you want the reporting to show you departures from that zone, arrivals from that zone, or all Geozone Activity

 

Choose to run the report for geozones or for categories of geozones (formerly "tags")

 

Choose which geozone to limit the report to if desired

The Geozone Report itself will tell you arrival/departure times as well as time spent inside that Geozone.  This is very useful for customers who wish to run billing or payroll based on how long their vehicles were at a certain location.

Geozone Categories are useful features for labeling your Geozones, allowing you to run reports for all Geozones in that Category. For example, if you would like to run a report for all Geozones that are Fuel Stations, or Job Sites, simply tag each Geozone in your account with that Category.

To do this, navigate to Administration -> Geozone Admin, Edit your Geozone, and enter the Category you'd like associated with it. (Example: mceclip1.png) 

When running a Geozone report, simply choose the Category you wish to run the report for before clicking "Run Report":

Some customers only wish to view Arrival or Departures only, for example to see a summary of what time all the drivers arrived 'Job Site 7' in the morning.  This can be done by selecting that Report option:
