How do I update my credit card on file?

You can update the your credit card information by clicking the "Update My Card" which is present in all billing email correspondence:

Alternatively, you can either call us at (805) 979 3442 and select option 3 for billing, or submit a request here or via email and request a new link to update your payment information.

Please note, when you update your card using one of the links provided and there is an outstanding balance there may be some delay before the outstanding balance is collected.
