How do I suspend a tracker?
If you do not currently need tracking on a particular device you can put the tracker into a suspended status which bills at just $5 per month but allows for the device to reactivated at any time.
To suspend a tracker or multiple trackers please submit a request at the top of this page or send us an email at support@clearpathgps.com including the "Vehicle ID" (also referred to as a "CP Number") of the unit that you want to suspend.
Once the device or devices have been suspended we will respond to your request.
