What is the Analytics Dashboard?	A visual view of your fleet's utilization, safety, driver behavior, and trends. See the numbers you care about in one place and click any tile to open the full report.
What subscription and role do I need?	ClearPathGPS Pro, with a Fleet Manager or Admin role.
Where do I find Dashboards?	Second item in the left nav, under Map.
What do I see the first time I open Dashboards?	A pre-built Default Dashboard with a Safety section and a Utilization section. You can customize it or create your own.
How many dashboards can I create?	Up to 25.
Are my dashboards shared with other people on my account?	No. Each user has their own.
What tile types are available?	Summary Tiles (totals and averages) and Data Visualization Tiles (charts and trends).
Which metrics can I track?	Engine Hours, Idle Time, Distance, Speeding Events, Aggressive Driving, and Driver Score.
How do I add a tile?	Click the + button, pick a tile type, choose your metric, set the Group and Date Range, then click Add Tile.
How do I edit a tile?	Click the tile, update the fields, and save. To remove it, click Delete Tile in the bottom-left.
How do I rearrange tiles?	Click and hold anywhere on a tile, drag it into place, then click Save All Changes.
How do I set a home dashboard?	Open the dashboard you want and click the star icon in the header. Only one dashboard can be starred at a time.
How do I create a new dashboard?	Click the dashboard name at the top, select + Create a New Dashboard, name it, and start adding tiles.
Can I rename or delete a dashboard?	Yes. Use the pencil icon to rename or the trash icon to delete. The Default Dashboard cannot be deleted.
What does the Fleet Scorecard tile show?	Your fleet's average driver score (0-100) along with your top and bottom drivers.
What does the Driver Score Impact by Event tile show?	This tile displays which behaviors (Speeding, Excess Acceleration, Hard Brake, Hard Corner, Idle) most affect your fleet's driver score.
Does the Speeding tile include posted road speed?	Yes. It includes Max Speed and the Low, Medium, and High Posted Road Speed tiers.
Why don't inactive vehicles show up on my tiles?	They're hidden by default so your tiles reflect the fleet you actively operate.
What happens when I click a tile?	Data Visualization Tiles open the underlying report with the same filters. Summary Tiles pull from multiple sources.
Is Analytics Dashboard available on mobile?	No. Web only.
Something on my dashboard is not loading. What should I check?	Check your Vehicle Group filter and Date Range. If the tile still does not populate, contact ClearPathGPS Support.
